The young woman at the check-out/pay area was very nice. She was efficient and pointed me immediately to a service rep. The fellow I worked with sits right across from the check-out area slightly to the north west. Extremely helpful guy who answered all my questions and gave excellent advice for the best maintainance of my 2007 Murano. I am embarassed I don't recall his name. (His family owned property in Oregon and it was nice to have social exchange a bit while ordering repair work!) I always enjoy the cleaned up vehicle when I get it back following service(wheels and all)!! CLASS ACT

My Review of Nissan of Elk Grove:
I ask for Scott Groshong, specifically to work on all my Nissan vehicles that are in for service at Nissan of Elk Grove. Working with John Brooks (Service Advisor) and Scott Groshong provides me with assurances that the work will be done correctly, the 1st time. I don't have to 2nd guess with Scott's work. If Scott is not available, I will wait.

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
We were able to purchase any car we wanted at this point in our lives and were moving from a very large SUV into something smaller but we were not sure what. The very first car we drove was an Infiniti G37 sedan and Dan Perez was the first car salesman we met when we started the process. We then proceeded to drive another 15 - 18 more cars in our quest to find the right car for our family. We ended up right back where we started, with the same sales rep and couldn't be happier with our choice!

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
The employees at Infiniti of Elk Grove are very knowledgeable of their products, friendly, no pressure sales people. Their lots, showrooms, waiting areas, restrooms are immaculately clean. They take pride in their business. They make sure you know every detail about the product you are buying. This sales experience is my second at this establishment, the first being four years ago, both ending in a vehicle being purchased. On the car lot, while looking at the vehicle I was interested in, Todd Ritter answered all my questions, asked if I wanted to unlock vehicle to sit in and inspect the equipment. He would show me any number of cars I wanted to see. When I had selected the vehicle I wanted to purchase, I was taken inside and shown to a seat, asked if I wanted a beverage and was never left to wait while he did the sales work. I was in luck, as they gave me a great trade-in price for my old vehicle and took more than five thousand dollars off the new vehicle. I traded a 2005 G35 Coupe for an almost fully loaded 2009 G37S Coupe. Todd had to find my car from another dealer, fortunately there was one available just an hours drive away. I had my car the next day. I handed over a check for the balance after the trade-in and it is paid in full. I felt very relaxed working with Todd, as he is definitely a "people" person, made me very comfortable.

Matthew Toles, Finance Manager, handled the contract work and payment, explaining the process each step of the way. He was great to work with, also. Absolutely no pressure. He and Todd almost felt like my younger brothers, I had a great time!!
I have been to this establishment for service work and have never been disappointed. I never have to wait excessively, all work is completed and done right and my car is always clean and freshly washed when picked up.

I would recommend Infiniti of Elk Grove to anyone interested in purchasing a new Infiniti...they are a "First Class" organization. When your purchase is complete, that doesn't end your experience with Infinit of Elk Grove, they follow through with phone calls thanking you for your business, send thank you cards through the mail and invite you, at any time, to contact them to answer your questions, and if you need anything from them.

In four years, I'm going back for another Infiniti and, I'm sure, a great buying experience.

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
I was looking for a used car for my daughter, who is away at college. I just needed something modest and reliable under $5k and Elk Grove Infiniti came up with a great option - even after the first used car I was going to purchase was sold. I wasn't looking forward to the used car shopping trek, but the dealership made it a really good experience. Best of all, my daughter got a car that is perfect for her needs at school.

My Review of Infiniti of Elk Grove:
When I walk into this place I feel like Norm from Cheers, everyone says hello. I have bought a few cars from Infiniti of Elk Grove, used and new, and from the Sales floor to the Service and Parts counter, they all provide the best customer service. I have bought American cars in the past, and it was Infiniti of Elk Grove that kept me excited about coming back for more. Great people to work with.

At the service desk, Eddie and Irving offer you the best options that will suit the needs of your vehicle when you bring it in. They don't run around and swindle you into service or part items you do not need, like most car dealerships I have gone to in the past where you feel taken advantage of. Service always with a smile, no matter how early it is.

Victor and Peter at the Parts counter, offer various items to increase the appearance or performance of your vehicle. I have had the exhaust, intake, front lip, spoiler and other various items installed on my 2007 G35 sedan, and every visit has been with a smile and an honest sale. Very competitive pricing and always top notch parts. They are always willing to work with you and find the best parts you are looking for, to make sure you walk out excited about what you are about to install on your vehicle.

Steve and his sales team, hey they keep trying to get me into another car and guess what, I end up driving out with one. Friendly people with no pressure attitudes more like hanging out with friends and talking about cars then talking about how they can close the deal. Knowledgeable folks that keep me coming back, sometimes too many times.

Rena, the receptionist, always makes me feel welcome. Goes above and beyond her duties to make sure you are comfortable while you wait.
